At this time, we do not offer returns. All purchases made through our website are considered final.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer product exchanges under the following simple conditions:
The product must be unused and unopened
The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition
An exchange request must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the company
All products are subject to inspection by the mizhome.ae team before approval
Once inspected, we will inform you of the exchange status. Approval of the exchange remains at the discretion of the company.
Pricing & Costs
Products may be exchanged for an item of equal value
Products may also be exchanged for an item of higher value, with the price difference paid by the customer
Exchanges for items of lower value are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued
The customer is responsible for all delivery charges, including returning the item to our warehouse and shipping the replacement item
Important Notes
Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible
Completing a purchase on our website indicates acceptance of this exchange policy
